1. Enchant your boots with Frost Walker II: The higher the level, the more effective and faster you freeze liquids. Frost Walker II is ideal for lava crossings.
2. Step onto lava carefully: When you step on lava with Frost Walker boots, the lava turns into a walkable layer of obsidian (at lava sources) or stone (at flowing lava), which remains stable for a short time.
3. Use the ice/stone blocks as a safe path: The created blocks last long enough to safely walk over the lava or even build a temporary path.
4. Plan your route ahead: Move slowly and carefully so the blocks don’t melt too quickly. This way, you can safely cross dangerous lava flows without buckets or building blocks.
